Initiate Your Request
Log into your Jodi Box account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
